Position: Director of Student Ministries

Matt is our new director of student ministries, overseeing all youth programs up through high school.  Matt is a graduate of Penn State University with extensive coaching experience in high school football.  As a former member of Penn State Altoona's baseball team, Matt's knowledge of sports and how that translates into developing life skills in many areas of life, along with his ability to relate to kids of all ages, are valuable additions to the ministry of the church.  Matt's guitar and worship experience add special focus to the spiritual dynamic of youth ministry. "Keepin' It Real" is not only the motto of E Free but of Matt's life as well, and his business experience provides important balance in keeping life real.  Matt's wife, Ragen, is a strong and valuable partner in his ministry.  She is also a leader in Alpha Chi and BLAST, the new Children's church program.  The Harmans have two daughters and a son.
