Position: Executive Pastor

After spending 27 years as a small business entrepreneur, Russ joined our staff as Assistant to the Pastor and then served as Interim Executive Pastor, overseeing the ministries of the church through a time of pastoral transition. He now serves as Executive Pastor. Russ has been actively involved in the ministry and leadership of our church since it's inception in 1994. He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Muhlenber College, Allentown, PA and a master's degree in Biblical Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary, Dallas, TX.  Russ and his wife have three grown children and twelve grandchildren.
