Rosi Franssen and her husband Will and two sons, Mackenzie and Cody, have been a part of the Evangelical Free Church since it was started. Rosi leads a Tae Bo class at the church and both Rosi and Will are involved in the worship team. Will also leads the boys' Christian Service Brigade ministry. Mackenzie and Cody are involved in the XL teen group and Christian Service Brigade.
When asked what the role of the church has been in her family, Rosi answered that "it's been the only church my kids have ever known. It's been a part of their family because they've grown up in it. It's encouraging to Will and me because we've always appreciated the Bible teaching, and the encouragement and support."
Rosi says that she really enjoys being a part of the worhsip team. "That part is very important to me," she says. She also enjoys the small group atmosphere. Rosi feels the preaching is passionate and scripture based, which is a very important thing about our church.
She believes that it's important for the community to know there are people in our church who truly care and are commpassionate and willing to help. "Needs in the church are met by willing people," she says.
